; Fix last fix of 'mouse-drag-and-drop-region'

* lisp/mouse.el (mouse-drag-and-drop-region): Use 'car-safe'
instead of 'car' to ignore 'select-window' events.  Thanks to
Stefan Monnier for spotting this.
